Almost two months into the release of Zenless Zone Zero, HoYoverse’s newest action RPG, players are on the hunt for Polychromes—a vital resource for pulling agents and W-engines. 

These resources can give you an edge in the game, so it’s important to stay on top of the latest redemption codes. 

In this guide, we'll walk you through how to redeem these codes and provide a list of currently active ones.

Active codes in Zenless Zone Zero

As of November 2024, here are the active codes you can redeem for free rewards:

• SGJADSHBF (NEW)! - 60 Polychrome, 6666 Dennies
• ZZZ4PC – 50 Polychrome, x2 Official Investigator Log, x3 W-Engine Power Supply, x1 Bangboo Algorithm Module (PC only)
• HSAHLWFEFE – 60 Polychrome, 6,666 Dennies
• ZENLESSGIFT: 50 Polychromes, 2 Official Investigator Logs, 3 W-Engine Power Supplies, 1 Bangboo Algorithm Module

How to Redeem codes in ZZZ

Before you can start redeeming codes, ensure you've reached Inter-Knot Level 5. This can be easily achieved within the opening hours of the game. The mailbox function, where you’ll receive your rewards, is already unlocked when you start the game.

If you don’t see your rewards in the mail immediately after redeeming a code, try restarting the game. Here’s how you can redeem codes both in-game and through the official website:

Redeeming Codes In-Game:

• Open the in-game menu in the top-left corner by pressing ESC on PC, Options on PlayStation 5, or tapping the menu icon on mobile

• Select ‘More’.
• Choose 'Redemption Code'.

• Enter one of the active codes listed above.

• Select 'Redeem'.
• Check your in-game mail to collect your rewards.

Redeeming codes via the official website:

1. Sign in to the official Zenless Zone Zero redemption website.
2. Select your server and the character nickname for which you wish to redeem the code.
3. Enter the code and click 'Redeem'.
4. Check your in-game mail to receive your rewards.
