At the 12 minute mark, Arthelon's Nova had a max of 15 gathering power stacks equating to 30% more ability power. Is this the start of a new style of snowball composition?
The week has been filled with Enter the Storm NA qualifiers and Bob Ross Fan Club is quickly becoming the team to look out for. Having already won qualifier #1 (and making this most recent win looks easy) It's safe to expect this team of veteran heroes players to make it into the main $5,000 event. Their opponents Blank looked simply out classed in this series.
You can download the replay of game 1 your self, and if you are a fan of Nova I suggest you watch it. Bob Ross Fan Club chose fragile assassins Nova and Raynor, protected by Uther, E.T.S. and Leoric. The combination worked beautifully on a skirmish heavy battleground like battle field of eternity and eventually, the Gathering Power stacks on Nova started spinning out of control, leading to kills like this one:
There isn't much you can do when Nova has reach this point. With a four level advantage and the fear team fight control granted by Mosh Pit and Entomb, Nova had free reign to kill as she pleased. Game two had Blank going as far to ban Nova in an attempt to secure the survival of their Kael'Thas and Jaina picks. However, this gave Bob Ross Fan Club an opportunity to draft a lethal Kerrigan combination, complete with Uther + E.T.C stuns and Sylvanas Wailing Arrow silence.
Probably not the best time for Blank to pick Cho'Gall, but they did it anyway. Allowing Bob Ross Fan Club to effective stun two players at once proved to be a mistake, as they focused all damage and CC on Cho'Gall every fight, winning the game quickly.
Congrats to Bob Ross Fan Club on their second ETS NA Qualifier win. The top 8 point leaders are as follows:
Remember, once the last qualifier ends, the top 8 point leaders will qualify for the main event. Registration for the next ETS NA qualifier is already open and closes on December 4th, 2015 21:00 CET. Get out there and compete!
