Baloyskie: The last Lord play was all my fault

During the post-match conference, Baloyskie admitted that the last lord play in game five against EVOS Glory was all his fault.

Bayoskie admitted that Geek Fam ID’s last lord play in game five against EVOS Glory in MPL ID Season 13 was his call and his fault that it didn’t go how it should be. He said that he felt Geek had already grabbed their win when he used the Luo Yi’s ult to return and push with the Lord. However, the result wasn’t as he expected.

The Geek’s captain said that if anybody wanted to blame anyone from Geek, they should blame him and only him. He said because he knew how to execute it better, he chose the other option. Geek lost 3-2 to EVOS Glory because of their last fight going wrong.

Because it’s already fixed (to end), but we just executed it wrong in the last fight. If someone must be blamed, maybe I’m the only one. Because I know how to execute it better, but I choose the other, so yes, it is my fault,” admitted Baloyskie

Geek Fam, unfortunately, missed their opportunity to join Fnatic ONIC in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for Mid Season Cup 2024 after their loss to EVOS Glory. So far, they had a decent season overall in MPL Indonesia Season 13. They finished third in the regular season behind Biggoron Alpha and Fnatic ONIC.

On their way to the lower bracket finals, they won against RRQ Hoshi in the play-ins but lost to Fnatic ONIC in the upper bracket. Once again, they proved their qualification to the M5 World Championship wasn't a fluke when they dismantled Bigetron Alpha 3-0. However, their story ended when they lost against EVOS Glory in the lower bracket finals 3-2.

Geek Fam now must recoup themselves for the start of MPL Indonesia Season 14. Can they qualify for the M6 World Championship?
