PUBG Mobile World Cup 2024 Survival Guide; Schedule, format, and prize pool

The PMWC 2024 was the premier PUBG Mobile tournament of the summer; who will get the lion's share of the $3.000.000 USD prize pool?

The PUBG Mobile World Cup 2024, part of the Esports World Cup, is already on the horizon. Twenty-eight teams will compete for a $3,000,000 USD prize pool. The tournament will commence on 19 July 2024 and conclude on 28 July 2024 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

PMWC continued the PMWI series, in which teams from across the world competed to prove they were the best in the middle of the season. However, PMWC 2024 felt different than before because of its scale. Now, it felt like bigger stakes were on the line for every team in the tournament.

The Group Stage: July 19-21

The group stage of PUBG Mobile World Cup 2024 will consist of twenty-four teams worldwide. Twelve of the best teams will proceed to the main event, while twelve of the bottom teams will fight in the Survival Stage.

Group Stage format:

Twenty-four teams split into three groups.
Eighteen matches (6 each day).
- Each group play 12 matches overall.
The Top 12 teams advance to the Main Stage.
The bottom 12 teams advance to Survival Stage.

The Survival Stage: July 23-24

The survival stage will determine who will join the other twelve teams in the main tournament and who will be eliminated. Four of the best teams will proceed to the main tournament, while the rest must end their journey in PMWC 2024.

Survival Stage format:

Sixteen teams:
- Bottom twelve teams from Group Stage.
- One wildcard team from each PMSL region.
Twelve matches with six matches per day.
The top four teams advance to the Main Stage.
The bottom 12 teams are eliminated.

Main Tournament: July 26-28

The Main Tournament is where sixteen teams compete for the lion’s share of $3,000,000 and the bragging rights of being called the best in the world. Which team will be the winner of PMWC 2024?

Main Tournament format:

Sixteen teams:
- Top twelve teams from Group Stage.
- Top four teams from Survival Stage.
Eighteen matches (6 each day).

Prize Pool:

In addition to the $3,000,000 USD prize pool, the PMWC 2024 also distributed 2,390 Club Points to the top eight teams in the tournament. Here are the breakdown of the prize pool:
