Mineski and Newbee shuffle

Mineski and Newbee have made changes to their roster as "March/JT" transfers to the Chinese TI7 runner up team

As the 2018-2019 DPC season starts to hit the halfway mark, teams are starting to make more moves to find improved results and position themselves better in the DPC rankings.

Mineski has struggled all season to find their place among the DPC rankings, falling short of qualifying for any of the big events. In November, the organization said goodbye to Chai 'Mushi' Yee Fung after over a year together and then rounded out the lineup with Swedish veteran Johan 'pieliedie' Åström.

Now, just days before the next wave of DPC qualifiers is set to begin, the team is making another change, announcing they have just parted ways with Thiay 'March/JT' Jun Wen, a newer face on the circuit that they had recruited at the start of the new season during the Post TI shuffle.

The replacement player will be announced soon.

Mineski Roster:
Malaysia Kam 'NaNa/Moon' Boon Seng
Australia Damien 'kpii' Chok
Korea Kim ‘Febby’ Yong-min
Sweden Johan 'pieliedie' Åström

JT didn't have to wait long to find a new place in the competitive scene. Instead, it seems he will be making the move to China to become part of Newbee's squad.

The Chinese team has suffered immensely this season with no results and multiple changes in the roster. In the days following the Kuala Lumpur Major qualifiers, Newbee already made a change in their roster, removing Tang 'CatYou' Xiaolei from the lineup and then in December moving He 'Inflame' Yongzheng off the roster.

Now, they have recruited the recently departed JT for the lineup to fill the gap left open in time for the DreamLeague Season 11 Stockholm Major qualifiers in hopes to see some better results.

Newbee roster:
China Xu 'Moogy ' Han
China Song 'Sccc' Chun
Malaysia Thiay 'March/JT' Jun Wen
China Zeng 'Faith' Hongda
China Yan 'Waixi' Chao
