Tournament Format: Best of 1 round of 32 and 16, Best of 3 in the quarter-finals, semi-finals and the final, Single Elimination

Signups:
- 32 teams max.
- Teams from all countries welcome, but teams outside of the US and EU will have to bear with playing less favorable times.
- No PSR / TMM cap or floor.
- Sign-ups will be treated on a first come, first serve basis.

Rules:
- No items or heroes are auto-banned.
- Standard World Cup rules apply where applicable.
- Only 1 ringer is allowed at a time, a player may also not play for 2 teams or more in the tournament.
- Victory Conditions:
- If Team A has an advantage of 5 more hero kills than Team B, they win. (Dying to creeps/getting denied by your teammate does not count as a kill)
- RULE CHANGE: If a team destroys BOTH secondary towers, they win.
- If a team destroys the enemy throne.
- If other team concedes.
- If a team fails to show up 15 minutes after per-set game time, the opposing team will win on forfeit.- RULE CHANGE: If a team destroys BOTH secondary towers, they win.
