ENWL: Table is Set for Thriller Final in Group B

Russia secured advancement in the most recent round of ENWL, while Ukraine and Spain will have a nail-biter of a fight in the final, and deciding match in group B. Poland convincing as ever, taking down Czech 3-1 to maintain their lead of group C, while Germany is losing the grip against Italy in group D. No matches have been updated for group A yet.

The results will be updated as the matches are played. The final matches of the group stage will be played on January the 14th, when it's decided which two nations from each group will move on to the playoffs.



Group B
Russia showed one of their weaker performances when they played Moldova on January the 6th, but still managed to secure the win going home with a 3-2 victory. The more interesting part of this group is the very close run between Ukraine and Spain, both winning their matches convincingly 5-0 against respective Hungary B and Romania. To make this group even more exciting, Ukraine and Spain will meet each other in the final match of the group to decide the second runner-up. The game will take place on January the 14th, but you can already place your GosuBets.



Group C
Only two of the total five matches that was due on January the 7th have been finalized, with the first match being Norway B who impressively took down the A team of Hungary, 3-1 (one match still to be played). In the second match, Poland is continuing their dominant run, looking very fearsome to take the first place after beating the Czech Republic 3-1 (also here one match is still to be played).


Group D
Italy shocks the Germans after beating them 3-0 (two matches left to play), making the first loss for Germany in group D. It evens the group up a bit, though Germany is still in the lead ahead of France on the close second-place, but France has no more matches to play, making it possible for either Italy or Croatia to snap the second place in the final rounds. Not a lot of games in the group are played due to Finland withdrawing their participation of the league.
