Team Flash reveal potential end of partnership with Ninjas in Pyjamas

Team Flash's latest post on its Instagram notably featured Hadesss wearing a jersey without the NiP logo.

The partnership between Singaporean Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) organisation Team Flash and European giant Ninjas in Pyjamas (NiP) seems to have come to an end.

Team Flash's birthday post for Jaymark Aaron “Hadess” Lazaro on their official Instagram account last weekend showed no signs of the NiP logo on their jersey. Moreover, there was also no NIP Flash hashtag in the Instagram post.

While there has been no official announcement regarding the end of the partnership between the two organisations, this development is in line with the six-month EWC partnership end date. With other organisations like Fnatic and ONIC Esports announcing the end of their own partnerships, fans have speculated that Team Flash's recent post was a sign of a similar development for the Singaporean organisation.

During the six-month partnership, NIP.Flash dominated Singapore's MLBB scene with two consecutive MLBB Professional League (MPL) Singapore wins and looked unstoppable in the process. They also achieved considerable success in the international scene, reaching 3rd-4th place in the Mid Season Cup 2024.

However, their biggest achievement was perhaps putting Singapore on the map with their unique playstyle. They weren't afraid to pick unconventional heroes if that's what it took to win the series.

If their partnership ends, they will join ONIC Esports as an organisation that ended its joint venture partnership. While no mention was made regarding the Esports World Cup, the MLBB community speculated that new rules dictating that teams with joint venture partnerships would not receive any Club Championship points in the Esports World Cup unless the publisher made an exception have forced the end of the partnerships forged six months ago.

AP.Bren and Team Falcons may also end their own partnership because of the new Esports World Cup rule. On top of that, some organisations will most likely announce their MLBB lineups that will participate in the upcoming Mid Season Cup 2025, which will be hosted as part of the Esports World Cup 2025.

Could this be a new dawn for MLBB and other esports titles, with so much on the line in the Esports World Cup 2025?
