The Swiss Stage is in full throttle this week to determine the final six teams to move at Worlds 2023.
We are now in the business end of the Swiss Stage at Worlds 2023 as the likes of Gen.G Esports and JD Gaming have booked their slots to the Knockout Stage. This week will be crucial for everyone else as only six more spots are available in the next round. Today is also crucial for four teams in particular: GAM Esports, Team Liquid, Dplus KIA, and Team BDS.
These teams will play a best-of-three elimination series today to determine who stays on and who goes home. All four teams are also in the '0-2' bracket after having a rough start to their Worlds 2023 campaign. And after today, there will be a two-day break before the Swiss Stage resumes with the start of the fourth round.
This will take place from October 26 - 29 where we will find out the final six teams to qualify for the Knockout Stage. And once the Swiss Stage is done, there will be a three-day break before the start of the final round on November 2 onwards.
