Before Corrupting Potion, Crystalline Flask was a consumable that used to restore 120 health and 60 mana over 12 seconds by consuming one charge (it stored up to three). It was abused by every laner and provided very good sustain.
The item was removed on Patch V5.22 (Preseason 2016) for balance issues because it was an insanely good item which provided a lot of sustain for a lot of solo laners.
Compared to its counterpart, Corrupting Potion would regen a little more of mana and health but it would take more time to do so.
But since the addition of Time Warp Tonic, it became even more OP since it grants 50% of the charge immediatly. There is already a lot of sustain, probably way too much with Conq+ravenous+deaths dance being untouched for the last 6 months. Corrupting Pot + TWT is
