Need more Polychromes and Boopons? Try Zenless Zone Zero’s new event.

HoYoverse has officially launched Zenless Zone Zero’s 1.1 version update, adding all manner of new content to the game for players to chew on, including new story missions and commissions. The update has also introduced a brand-new event called First-Class Customer Service, which rewards players with highly sought-after Polychromes and Boopons in exchange for completing a series of tasks.

How to get more Polychromes using Zenless Zone Zero’s new event

Zenless Zone Zero is getting a new limited-time game mode called First-Class Customer Service, running from August 16 at 10 am (server time) to August 26 at 4 am (server time). The event will be available for all players at Inter-Knot Level 15 or higher, as long as they’ve finished the Agent Story ‘Mole in the Hole (I)’. You can find this Agent Story in Random Play, near the HDD machine Belle and Wise use to complete commissions.

If you’re running low on Polychromes and need to save up to pull either Qingyi, Jane Doe or Seth Lowell - Version 1.1’s new playable Agents - this event is a great way to stock up. During the event, players will be asked to help customers fix their damaged video players in front of Random Play on Sixth Street.

After that, you’ll make what HoYoverse refers to as ‘Simple Adjustments’ to these video players, unlocking a Precise Calibration stage. More video players will be unlocked after the current one is fixed, and you can complete all of the event’s stages to gain Polychromes, Boopons and more resources.

Although the developer’s wording of this event is a little vague, it sounds like players just have to complete a simple minigame to fix video players over the course of the event. When added to your list of existing dailies, it shouldn’t take too long to complete.
