Brunei holds a slim lead over Indonesia after the first two maps of PUBG Mobile in the 31st SEA Games team tournament.
With just three more maps to go for the qualifiers, Team Brunei holds a slim lead of just three points over Team Indonesia after two maps. Erangel was the first drop point with Brunei claiming fourth on that map before winning on the second, Miramar. While Indonesia managed to win on Erangel, they could only muster an eighth-place finish on the second map.
Overall, both teams from Brunei are in the top 10 and are expected to make the final stage bar any hiccups along the way. The same can be said for Indonesia as well, having a team in second and another in 10th.
As for Malaysia, both teams have breached into the top five placement. Host nation Vietnam is also having a decent start, sitting comfortably in seventh and ninth respectively.
With 17 teams currently in the qualifiers and only 16 will make it into the final stage, the Philippines are the only ones who are keeping their head above water. Its first team currently sits in 14th place while the second team resides in last after being the first team to get wiped on both maps.
