The Summit 7 is going to be the last LAN before The International 7 qualifiers, potentially turning the tournament into a crucial last battle for a direct invite to Valveās annual event.
Announced to take place as usual, at the Beyond the Summit house in LA, California, the Summit 7 will run from June 14th-18th. No direct invites were announced for the LAN, however the closed qualifiers rounds are already set to commence. The qualifiers will feature two stages and will be held in four regions: Southeast Asia, China, Europe and Americas in the month of April and May.
The eight teams invited to play in each of the regional qualifiers will start the brawl in a GSL group stage, best-of-three matches, heading into a double elimination playoffs bracket from where only the winner will advance into the $100,000 LAN event.
