The fourth season of BTS Series SEA kicks off today, April 4th, and will last until April 12th when one team will be crowned champions and take home a share of the $10,000 prize money.
Fnatic, Execration and TnC are all on the participation list for the new season of BTS Series SEA, with the latter looking to defend their title. MVP.Phoenix is here as well to challenge for the crown, with their first opponents set to be the Aussies from Can't Say Wips, and know they must win to continue their single elimination bracket adventure.
MVP Phoenix’s first match will take place on April 7th. Before then, the competition will start with the new Taring, Orange Taring who is on a six-loss streak right now. Their first game at BTS Series SEA #4 will be against the Vietnamese outfit Next Generation Esports.
With the season 2 champions Execration set to face TnC, the team that dethroned them, in the first round of the bracket on April 6th at 14:00 CEST, we already know only one of the previous winners will survive for a shot of defending their title.
BTS Series SEA 4 comes with the same prize pool as previous seasons:
1st: $5,000
2nd: $3,000
3rd/4th: $1,000
The entire tournament will be broadcast in English by Beyond the Summit on their twitch channel.
