Team Liquid has taken first place at the iBP Fall Invitational after defeating Luminosity Gaming 2-1 in the grandfinals match.
This year's iBuyPower Fall Invitational ended with a bang today as TL manged to defeat their North American opponents LG in the grand-finals of the event. The winning team gets to take home $9,000 share of the $15,000 prize pool while the runner-ups in second and third place get $4,000 and $2,000 respectively.
The third place team, Conquest, managed to defeat Counter Logic Gaming for their top three finish 2-1 earlier in the tournament after being bumped down to the lower bracket by Luminosity Gaming in the third round of the tournament. Check out the bracket below for the entire rundown of the event:
