Copenhagen Wolves have just announced a new line-up consisting of ex LGB eSports players.
Ever since the release of their previous roster, Copenhagen Wolves were in search of a new team. The straw was drawn by established players, who have proved themselves by having a long run with LGB eSports. The fact that both LGB eSports and CPH Wolves are owned by Diglife made this roster shift significantly easier.
Morten “zEVEZ” Vollan, Ruben “Rubino” Villarroel and Joakim “jkaem” Myrbostad are the trio coming from LGB eSports. They will be joined by two Swedish players that will complete this line-up, namely Simon “twist” Elliasson and Erik “zende” Sundeqvist who have just left Team Property one day ago, stating that they are looking for new opportunities.
Jakob Lund Kristensen, Founder and CEO of Copenhagen Wolves released the following statement:
Hicham Chahine, Founder and CEO of Diglife had the following to say:
CPH Wolves roster:
Ruben "RUBINO" Villarroel
Joakim "jkaem" Myrbostad
Morten "zEVES" Vollan
Erik "zende" Sundeqvist
Simon "twist" Eliasson
The new Copenhagen Wolves line-up already had their debut tonight, beating the French team LDLC White 2-0 in the DreamHack London Qualifier. They will have to achieve one more victory in the semi finals against E-Frag in order to secure a spot at this event.
