Meanwhile, Gen.G Esports and Sentinels are eliminated from the competition.
It’s do-or-die at VALORANT Masters Toronto as four teams clashed in the lower bracket quarterfinals with their tournament lives on the line. By the end of the day, G2 Esports and

Gen.G Esports 2-1, while Fnatic outlasted
Sentinels in another tight 2-1 series.
Both G2 and Fnatic entered the event as direct Playoffs invites. G2 were sent down to the lower bracket after a clean 2-0 sweep by Paper Rex in the Upper Bracket Quarterfinals. Fnatic, meanwhile, dropped after a hard-fought 2-1 loss to Gen.G.
In the lower bracket round 1, G2 dominated Chinese side XLG Esports with a convincing 2-0 win. Fnatic followed suit, eliminating VCT Pacific first seed

The series kicked off on Lotus, where G2 came out swinging. They cruised to a commanding 10-2 lead in the first half, and despite Gen.G picking up five rounds in the second half, G2 closed it out 13-7.
On Haven, G2 again held the early momentum with a 7-5 first half. But Gen.G turned the tables after the side swap, putting up an 8-4 run to take the second map 13-11 and force a decider.
Icebox was a nail-biter. Gen.G led 8-4 by halftime, but G2 mounted a confident comeback, taking the second half 9-3 to clinch the map 13-11 and the series 2-1, securing their spot in the Lower Bracket Semifinals.
Fnatic eliminate Sentinels 2-1
