The team gets two new loans to cover them in the form of jcstani and bang.
After just two matches in the current VCT 2022 Challengers, 100 Thieves dropped their new signees Hunter "babyj" Schline and Adam "ec1s" Eccles as they face a disastrous looking start to their VCT 2022 campaign. In their place, the team announced that they have bought on Sean "bang" Bezerra and Noah "JcStani" Smith to bolster their ranks as they continue their VCT 2022 journey.
With two consecutive losses against Cloud9 Blue and The Guard, 100 Thieves made the decision that they need to rapidly rethink their strategy and elected to drop babyj and ec1s, as they are their newest signees to the team. In their stead, bang and JcStani are on loan to the Thieves from TSM and Pioneers respectively. At the same time, Hiko posted that he will be “hanging up the bow and arrow”, hinting that he will be changing his agent of choice moving forward.
Babyj and ec1s joined the roster less than 40 days before their release from the team. As for the IGL role, Ethan will be taking over it for the immediate future for the Thieves. The team’s next match will be at the Knights Monthly Gauntlet tournament where they will face TSM Academy in the quarterfinals..
