Millenium.org presents Overwatch Fight Arena

Take your chances in the Fight Arena open brackets - presented by Millenium.org!

Event Hub

The Overwatch Fight Arena is a French hosted tournament, with two different stages eventually meeting up in LAN finals during the Paris Games Week. There is the Open Qualifier, that started on October 3rd and will finish today on the 6th.  Only the Open Qualifier Finals between Melty eSports Club and Team LDLC is left, and the winner qualifies for Paris Games Week directly.

And then there will also be a Pro Qualifier with 8 invited teams from October 10th to the 12th. Teams will still need to register through this link, but Millenium will then invite 8 teams out of these registrations to play in this Pro Qualifier. A single elimination style bracket will yet again determine a winner that qualifies for Paris Games Week.

When winners from both stages are decided, they will meet to play at the Paris Games Week on October 30th. You can catch the stream here.

Interestingly, the rules state that ties will be broken on "Ilios" specifically. More surprisingly, the rules state that high bandwidth is set to be off unless teams agree to turn it on. The statement that the Kill Feed must be disabled is the most troubling one, but might have been a mistake or miscommunication on their part. You can find the tournament page, registration information, and rules here.
