ggawards%20new.jpg

We introduce the GosuGamers Awards for 2012, the first edition for League of Legends. We have analyzed the best potential candidates to choose from and it's up to you to decide who reigns dominant over the others and stands out as the best AP carry in the rift.

England Stephen "Snoopeh" Ellis

SnoopehAward.jpgSnoopeh has risen as a somewhat underappreciated player to a celebrity star in a matter of months. Strong at playing the low economy game and making plays when in the zone, Snoopeh is most known for his trademarked, infamous camera stare. When not impregnating the audience with glares, Snoopeh can be found generally on a wide array of CC junglers such as Maokai, Amumu, and Cho'gath, setting up flawless fights for Counter Logic Gaming EU.

For his outstanding play and excellent maneuvers, Snoopeh makes it into the list of top junglers.

TheOddOne is a key component to the success of his team and is allegedly the most viewed streamer in the entire world across all games. Many pros have TheOddOne to thank for utilizing Maokai in tournament play, unraveling the secret of just how potent he is.

One of the most humble on the team as well as being informative and entertaining towards his loyal fans, TheOddOne has a high chance of winning the top jungler award for 2012.

Although hard to hit the spotlight on a team where everyone is so strong, Helios makes lots of plays for his team and even in the dominance of selfless jungling in Season 2, he attuned his talent to playing a wide array of heroes including carry junglers that one thrived in Season 1.

Due to flexibility and his strength on the field to make plays and also pick up the slack when there is a weakness on the team puts Helios on the list for top jungler candidacy.

Korea Lee "CloudTemplar" Hyun-woo

53abebf3ca254e5d2331249fb78ac1861f425c1c1fcf43659f498f5c51.jpgCloudTemplar is the jungler for Azubu Blaze, the team that happened to place 2nd at the Season 2 World Championships. Many people regard "CloudTemplar" as the "Saintvicious" of the Korean seen, never leaving the jungle with a low creepscore and springing into professionalism after his time spent in the military. No matter the state of the game, CloudTemplar is one of the most feared Skarners and generally tends to play champions that are hard initiators.

If you aren't on your toes, CloudTemplar is going to flash CC you out of a bush, and you can say goodbye to your lane. For this reason, CloudTemplar makes the top list of Junglers.

Taiwan Alex "Lilballz" Sung

LilballzAwards.jpgLilballz is the jungler for Taipei Assassins, the official Season 2 World Champions. Having grown up and been friends in the USA alongside his friend, Bigfatlp, Lilballz has been a seasoned competitive gamer for some time. His roots from Counter Logic Gaming NA, Lilballz finds himself jungling for the Taipei Assassins, taking the world by storm and setting up successful scenarios for his allies.

For these reasons, Lilballz definitely deserves a spot as a top jungler for League of Legends 2012.

Russia Daniel "Diamondprox" Reshetnikov

DiamondproxAward.jpgThe game today may very well not be as we know it if it weren't for Diamondprox. Never before the middle of Season 2 have we seen a jungler with so much control than Diamondprox. When he hit the scene, your jungle was his, and you can guarantee that you weren't safe no matter where you went. On top of this, Diamondprox launched his career with M5 knowing how to play all of the champions Darien could, making for a perplex scenario in draft phase for other teams.

Diamondprox's jungling was so strong that he made the entire scene around him adjust to the new jungle style and changed the game forever, which more than guarantees him a spot on the list.

United States Steve "Chauster" Chau

ChausterAward.PNGIt's hard to even know where to begin with Chauster. Though this isn't the only field he qualifies in, it is his current role. After becoming a jungler after the departure of Locodoco, Chauster has played every role in competitive play. Having shown significantly more impressive results in the jungle than HotshotGG after just a short time learning the role, Chauster is a man of great talent and also serves as a "leader" in CLG, leading the team in theorycraft, drafts, strategies, responsible for teaching Doublelift everything he knows, and more.

There are too many reasons to list of Chauster deserving the spot on the list, and thus, here he is.

China Ming "ClearLove" Kai

ClearloveAward.jpgWhen your team has a 89% win rate over such a large sample pool, chaces are your jungler is doing something right. Naturally, this is the case. ClearLove plays the jungle as though he has a sixth sense, learning incredible counter-gank timing as well as rarely ever being outsmited. While he may not always take the spotlight of the team, there is rarely a time an objective is being contested where ClearLove does not seize the advantage in his favor.

For this and many other reasons, ClearLove undoubtedly deserves a spot on the list.
