An Elo reset, an exclusive skin for Janna and more goodies are coming on November 6th when Season 2 comes to an end.
Although every player that has finished the season in bronze and above will "earn special rewards" like summoner icons and silver borders in the loading screen, only players with 1500 Elo or higher will be awarded the exclusive Victorious Janna skin.
Additionally, the rewards breakdown for the different ELO levels at the completion of the season is as follows:
Bronze tier:
Bronze summoner icon for each queue (3v3 team, 5v5 solo, or 5v5 team) in which you are Bronze tier
Silver tier:
Silver border on the game loading screen
Silver summoner icon for each queue in which you are Silver tier
Gold tier:
Victorious Janna skin
Gold banner trim in summoner profile
Gold border on the game loading screen
Gold summoner icon for each queue in which you are Gold tier
Platinum tier:
Platinum forum badge
Victorious Janna skin
Platinum banner trim in summoner profile
Platinum border on the game loading screen
Platinum summoner icon for each queue in which you are Platinum tier
Diamond:
Diamond forum badge
Victorious Janna skin

A soft Elo reset will also be applied on November 6th and every player will start the new season unranked but the initial seeding "based on a compressed version of [player's] final rating from Season 2".
"In addition, the system’s confidence in your rating will be reset, so large Elo gains will be possible even if you’re an extremely experienced player," says the source.
