According to the administrators of Broodwar Clan League, the release of StarCraft 2: Wings of Liberty forced changes in the structure of the tournament. First off, there will be 22 teams divided into two divisions so it is a number much lower number than it was before. Also, it has been decided to abandon the existing system of conducting matches. The old "XXL" system was replaced by 2x 1on1 and 1x 2on2 mode.
