Ap.Bren confirm Brody as they new hero skin following the M5 World Championship

AP.Bren, after their amazing victory at the M5 World Championships, has officially chosen their hero skin as Brody becomes their choice.

As with every M-Series event, the winning teams is given the chance to choose a hero which they feel is a great fit for their team to have as a “championship” skin. The event includes two skins, one of which the winning team gets to decide, while another is given as a choice to the M5 World Championship Finals MVP for the first time in the event’s history. AP.Bren decided to give their choice to Brody, and their Director, Jab Escutin, had the following to say on the choice,

We feel that Brody has been a big part of our success in the M5 series. This hero has helped our team consistently and ultimately helped retain the PH era of MLBB. We want this hero to represent our team’s success inside the game and for our fans to be part of that success by owning the skin and enjoying it.”

The secondary skin, the special for M5 goes to David “FlapTzy” Canon, after his brilliant performance throughout the event, but mainly in the grand finals. He will be allowed to co-design a specialised Paquitor skin with the team from MOONTON Games with the hero already inspired by Manny Pacquiao.

Over the years we have seen EVOS Legends (now EVOS Glory) choosing Harith, while Aldous obtained an M1 World Championship special skin. For M2 it was Bren Esports who chose Lancelot for KarlTzy’s signature hero, while Clint received the special skin. Blacklist International went with Estes, of course, while Roger’s M3 prowess secured him the special for the event. At M4 it was ECHO who decided that Cho would be on the receiving end of the first-ever fighter skin, while the dominance of Beatrix was well-documented and commemorated with her Light Chaser skin.

As of now, both AP.Bren and MOONTON Games are in talks to discuss the full details of the skins, including their designs and effects – but we will only see these skins launched around September of this year. The launch will also include some kind of event with various activities which we look forward to seeing.
