M5 World Championship: Triple Esports look to take MENA to new heights

Triple Esports heads into the M5 World Championship as the Middle East & North Africa representative, ready to put the region on the map.

Coming into their first-ever M-Series event, Triple Esports is looking to show the world that Saudi Arabia is ready to take over the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang World. While GX Squad did enter the M3 World Championship, they were one of the first teams eliminated and Triple has a chance to go much farther after they became champions of MPL MENA for the first time.

Triple Esports come into the M5 World Championship as a first-time experience for the entire team, having taken a magnificent win over Team Falcons in the Fall 2023 split of MPL MENA. Having only come together as a team in late August, the Saudi Arabian roster, featuring one player from Jordan, hopes to cause some major upsets and reach the peak of MENA at the prestigious event.

The M-Series

As mentioned previously, this will be the first time that Triple Esports will be at an M-Series event, meaning that we have no previous information for them. The only events the team has played at have been the MPL MENA Fall 2023, and the qualifier beforehand – meaning we do not have much information to go on. However, that means that this team is a complete dark horse, with the chance to cause a lot of chaos.

The formula

Once more, since we do not have a lot of information on Triple Esports, it is tough to say exactly what the team will be bringing into M5 – but we have seen some strategies from them during MPL MENA. As with most teams, they excel on the likes of Fredrinn and Valentina, but also are extremely proficient with Dyrroth, which could be something that they utilise to cause a bit of chaos.

As MLBB continues to grow exponentially around the globe, more regions have the chance to bring their special brand of strategies into the game. MENA is one such region, and we are extremely excited to see Triple Esports in action when the M5 World Championship begins in December of this year.
