Full Tilt Poker Ownership Percentages Revealed For First Time

One of the great mysteries ever since Full Tilt Poker launched as a site promoted as run by and for the pros, was what Team Full Tilt pros had what percentage ownership of the company. Years later, thanks to the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) investigation of money laundering and other charges, we are finally starting to see the "corporate veil" lifted and some pro ownership percentages revealed. In Tuesday's amended DOJ civil filing, four board members' ownership percentages were released.

Ownership percentage of Titlware LLC, parent company of Full Tilt Poker;

A total of over $180 million was distributed to those four alone, from 2007 until early 2011.

That leaves 61.8% of the company as yet to be revealed. A total of 19 owners were identified but not specifically listed in the DOJ filing.

What percentages of Full Tilt are owned by the other well known members of Team Full Tilt is still unknown.

Only Tom Dwan has stepped forward in the last couple days to share his thoughts and feelings regarding the DOJ and Full Tilt Poker's actions. He indicated at that time that his contract gave him no ownership or profit sharing when he joined the team. Regardless, he has indicated a willingness to give back any compensation he received since joining Full Tilt Poker, so that players could be partially paid back.
