No, not that Indiana Jones game.
Sony Interactive Entertainment has released its full PlayStation Plus Game Catalog for January, giving subscribers access to even more games to play on the service. Starting from January 21, subscribers will get to play God of War Ragnarok, Citizen Sleeper, and classic games like Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings.
The latter is not to be confused with Bethesda’s latest Indiana Jones game, however.
PlayStation Plus Game Catalog for January 2025
PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscribers are getting a bunch of new-but-old games to play this month. The service constantly rotates out titles available on the Extra and Premium tiers every month, allowing players to get their hands on a few games they might not have been able to play yet – and become aware of other games that are leaving the service.
This month is no different. PlayStation Plus Extra subscribers are getting access to God of War Ragnarok, Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name, SD Gundam Battle Alliance, ANNO: Mutationem, Sayonara Wild Hearts, and Citizen Sleeper. Of these, it could be worth checking out Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name if you need to catch up on what Kazuma Kiryu has been up to.
God of War Ragnarok is equally enticing, as it closes the book on Kratos’ adventures in the world of Nordic mythology, pitting him and his son Atreus against the gods of Asgard while the threat of an imminent apocalypse looms in the background. The acclaimed RPG Citizen Sleeper might also be worth a look, given its sequel Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector drops on January 31 this year.
PlayStation Premium subscribers will gain access to the aforementioned games, along with the following exclusives: Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings, and Medievil 2. The former is not the MachineGames-made action-adventure game released under Xbox Game Studios last year, so don’t get the two confused.
Monthly free games are also available for all PlayStation Plus subscribers to keep: Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered, and The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe.
