The open and closed qualifiers for ESL One Hamburg 2019 are quickly approaching, starting in less than three weeks.

The DPC 2019-2020 season won't be getting started until the first minor taking place in early November. But fans won't have to wait that long to see some of their favorite teams- and revamped rosters hit the stage in a premier LAN event.

ESL One Hamburg 2019 is slated to take place between October 25-27th as 12 teams will battle it out for the lion's share of the $300,000 prize pool.

Only one team - Virtus.pro - is confirmed so far. Seven other teams will be directly invited. Team Secret won last year's event, ESL One Hamburg 2018, as well as the last ESL event of the season,  ESL One Birmingham 2019. Many fans are hopeful to see the European titans return to the stage and defend their title.

Four teams will have a chance to earn their spot through the regional qualifiers taking place in EU/CIS, NA, SEA and China. Despite Infamous' incredible run at TI9, there still is not an SA slot allocated for the event.

The open qualifiers will kick off in less than three weeks, starting September 20th.

Interested teams can sign up HERE for EU/CIS, NA, and SEA.

Two teams from the open qualifiers of each region will advance to the closed qualifiers. Four teams will then compete for the one spot allocated per region for the big event in Germany.

Stay tuned for more team invites expected during the upcoming weeks.
