The Stockholm Major Mar 14-24, 2019 will be the third Major of the new season.
DreamLeague Season 10 Minor may not be over, the first Major of the new DPC 2018-2019 season hasn't started and the information for the second Major hasn't even been disclosed yet but that didn't stop DreamHack organizers from unveiling the big news for DreamLeague Season 11.
The next iteration of DreamLeague will be held March 14-24 with the last few days being played at Annexet, Stockholm. Annexet has a capacity of 3,950 people and usually hosts concerts and ice hockey matches.
Sixteen of the top teams will be competing for the lion's share of the $1,000,000 prize pool and 15,000 DPC points. As per the new rules set in place this year, all sixteen teams competing will need to qualify for their spot. That means at least two teams per each of the six designated regions plus four other qualified teams will attend. As with the Kuala Lumpur Major, Valve will determine which regions will get one additional spot, with the last going to the winner of the Minor that will be held just before.
In addition to the cash, valve had previously stated that "All teams that play in a Minor or Major will earn DPC points."
Tickets will go on sale soon HERE.
