paiN Gaming has answered the call to attend ESL One Hamburg 2018 at the end of next month.
paiN Gaming is already on the fast track to creating waves, filled with hopes to bring Brazil to the top of the competition. The NA/SA mix had an undefeated streak in the SA qualifiers for the Kuala Lumpur Major, running through all of their opponents without dropping a single match.
Now, with so much attention and potential for a strong start in the season, the team will also be heading to Germany for one of the biggest non-DPC events of the new season.
paiN Gaming took a commendable third place at ESL One Birmingham at the end of last season and no doubt are looking to claim the ESL trophy this time around.
The Brazil-based team has become the sweethearts of South America and in the new DPC 2018-2019 season, the team made the decision to replace Geytor "Duster" Pereira with their TI8 coach and veteran player Rasmus "MISERY" Filipsen.
paiN Gaming new lineup:
William 'hFnk3' Medeiros
Omar 'w33haa' Aliwi
Otávio 'tavo' Gabriel
Danylo 'KINGRD' Nascimento
Rasmus 'MISERY' Filipsen
paiN Gaming will be joining Virtus.pro, Evil Geniuses, Team Secret, Ninjas in Pyjamas, Forward Gaming and Mineski to compete for the largest share of the $300,000 prize pool and the championship title.
