31 personalities included on the TI6 English talent list

All the prominent Dota 2 commentators will be present at The International 6 talent desk, along with a few new faces.

Paul 'ReDeYe' Chaloner will return to KeyArena this year as main host of The International and will be joined by Kaci Aitchison who will be at her third International experience as stage host and interviewer. The new addition to the presentation team is Jake 'SirActionSlacks' Kanner who gets to be officially invited by Valve at their most prestigious event for the first time. However, Slacks is not a TI novice as he made his debut at TI4 as an independent content creator, while at TI5 he was the interviewer and the coverage content creator for ESL’s partner Viagame.

From the new faces invited to be part of The International 6 panel Travis 'Maut' Bueno has been finally given the chance to cast at the biggest event of the year. Shannon 'Sunsfan' Scotten, also one of the casters who did not get invited last year, made an act of generosity and sent Maut to TI5 as spectator, paying for his travel and accommodation costs. This year Sunsfan is missing again from the panel but this time around for a good reason as he is the Digital Chaos team manager and his squad has qualified for the main event.

It is a pleasant surprise to see Edward 'Pyrion Flax' Forsyth included on the broadcast team, although he hasn’t been too active through the year. In the not so active casters category we can include David 'Luminous' Zhang who unfortunately will not be at the talent desk in KeyArena. Another surprisingly not invited Dota 2 personality is Ioannis 'Fogged' Loucas who’s been providing great insights and analytics for numerous tournaments throughout the year, most recently being part of the TI6 qualifiers HUB and also one of the analyst and commentators for The Summit 5 and Starladder i-League StarSeries. Niklas 'Wagamama' Högström and Dominik 'Black^' Reitmeier will be the two pros taking the analysts chairs for TI6.

Valve’s decision when it came to either the personalities invited to be part of the broadcast team, or to the teams getting a place straight into the Main Event, has always been a source of endless controversy and will probably always be. As our beloved free to play game developed and grew so much over the last five years, so it did the community around it, and to please everyone is quite a challenge. If last year David 'LD' Gorman was the first to make a long blog post regarding the TI5 panel, this year Austin 'Capitalist' Walsh has already expressed his feelings about TI6 caster invites on his facebook page.
