2015 marks the 10th anniversary edition of Igromir, the biggest gaming exhibition held in Moscow, Russia. Game Show and Igromir partnered this year to make the experience even more interesting for the Russian eSports fans.
For their 10th anniversary event, Igromir will host Comic-Con Russia, the grand final of Game Show Open CS:GO Season 2, the grand final of the Hearthstone Open Championship and the playoffs of Global eSports Cup CIS qualifiers. The entire event is hosted at the Crocus Expo complex in Moscow, starting with today, October 1st until October 4th.
Featuring a base prize pool of $330,000, the first season of Global eSports Cup has reached the playoffs stage for the CIS regional qualifiers. The two best teams coming from the group stages, BRM (ex Walrus Punch) and CIS Rejects are now joined by four directly invited squads to battle at the Igromir LAN event for the two slots available for the next stage of the tournament. Enso is the 7th team added to the tournament via open qualifiers.
