SumaiL to stand-in for EG during D2L

Evil Geniuses will play with at least one stand-in during the LAN finals of the D2L, as Sumail 'SumaiL' Hassan has announced on Facebook to be playing for the North-Americans in Las Vegas. Who he will be replacing has not been officially announced yet.

North-American powerhouse Evil Geniuses will be using at least one stand-in for the upcoming D2L LAN finals. As Sumail 'SumaiL' Hassan, currently playing with ROOT-Gaming, announced on his facebook page, the youngster will be playing as a stand-in for the TI4 third placer. While he has not stated who he is set to stand-in for, it appears to be none other than Artour 'Arteezy' Babaev, who has reportedly said on stream to not attend the D2L LAN finals in Las Vegas.

Whether this is only a temporary commitment or not is unclear, especially since it was reported yesterday that Arteezy may be set to leave the team for good. SumaiL, also known as DEM0N, is considered to be an up and coming player to look out for in 2015 and what better way to announce himself to the world than playing at the D2L LAN finals where he will meet yet another set of talented teams and players, such as CDEC and LV-Gaming.

It should be noted that Arteezy has apparently also stated that Ludwig 'zai' Wahlberg will not be traveling to Las Vegas either, meaning it is likely for yet another stand-in to be announced soon.
