Among a slew of team shuffles post TI4, Dominik "Black^" Reitmeier, carry player for the Chinese team CIS, has recently announced that he will be leaving the team. Although he is unsure of what his next move is, Black^ has stated that he is willing to continue playing in either China or Europe.
Dominik "Black^" Reitmeier, carry player for CIS, is widely known in China as one of the few western players that traveled to the eastern scene to compete in Dota 2. Former player for several teams, including Mousesports and LGD.int, Black^ has struggled throughout his career to find a team that he can attain success with at The International. Recently, his troubles have continued as his Chinese team CIS was unable to make it to the group stages for TI4, instead crashing out against Team Liquid. Following discussion with his teammates, Black^ announced today that he would be leaving CIS on good terms.
Hey, after the disappointing performance at TI4, the team and I got together and decided changes needed to be done. I will be leaving the team, but I sincerely believe they are all very talented and have a bright future ahead of them. Thanks for all the good good times!
Team CIS, who hold notable victories over several other top tier teams, have not made any other announcements regarding the rest of the players. Black^, who has been unable to settle on a team for several years now, also mentions that he is willing to move to both Europe or China to pursue his Dota 2 career.
