He reached this milestone after NAVI got through to the IEM Rio Major quarterfinals.
At the tender age of 19, Valeriy "b1t" Vakhovskiy from Natus Vincere has reached a big milestone in his career. He has become the youngest CS:GO player thus far to become a millionaire after his team reached the IEM Rio Major quarterfinals. He is the youngest player in history to reach this milestone in all of CS:GO.
He joins 20 other players in this exclusive club, which includes his teammates Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev, Denis "electronic" Sharipov, and Ilya "Perfecto" Zalutskiy. Other players in this club include Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo, Emil "Magisk" Reif and Peter "dupreeh" Rothmann Rasmussen.
What makes this feat even more spectacular is that he reached the milestone just two years after starting to play CS:GO. He is a graduate of NAVI’s academy team, Natus Vincere Junior, and was enrolled on the mainline team in 2020. He was swapping places in the team with Egor "flamie" Vasilyev until April 2021 when he was made permanent.
He has been instrumental in NAVI’s successes in the past two years, winning multiple titles and also the first-ever Major title for the organisation at PGL Major Stockholm. He is also part of the team that completed the Intel Grand Slam, netting them a cool $1 million.
His choice to play with NAVI Academy has returned dividends for him as he is basking as one of the elites in the CS:GO scene. The team’s next match will be at the upcoming BLAST Premier World Final in Abu Dhabi.
