Top five of this Finals head of to the Worlds Finals.
After an intense weekend of CS:GO, Natus Vincere has emerged as the winner of the BLAST Premier: Fall Finals 2021. They defeated eight other teams to be at the winner’s podium, even though they already have a seat at the World Finals.
This win joins the other successes that they have collected throughout this year, including the recent Major Stockholm. Na’Vi walked away with $225,000 and 4000 BLAST points to their name.
The match between Na’Vi and Vitality started on Mirage, where the teams were evenly matched through the two sides, all the way to the first half. However, on round 18, Na’Vi got a second wind and gained six back-to-back wins for points. Vitality tried to catch up, but the point lead was far enough that Na’Vi’s win on round 28 was enough for them to clinch the first map.
On the second map, Nuke, it was Vitality’s turn to dominate as they controlled the narrative of the match. By the end of the first half, Na’Vi was left behind 11-4. That point deficit was too great for Na’Vi to overcome that Vitality won the match after 22 rounds.
The last map, Inferno, saw the comeback of Na’vi as they dominated the first half of the match as Counter-Terrorists. The point gap was big enough that Vitality had trouble catching up in the second half and the match ended on round 23.
Natus Vincere won BLAST Premier: Fall Finals 2021 with a 2-1 score.
With this win, Na’Vi stands at the top of the chart as they move on to the Worlds Finals happening in the middle of December. Following them from the Fall Final are Vitality, Astralis, Ninjas in Pyjamas and Team Liquid, who moves on to the Worlds through the Global Leaderboard scores.
