PENTA Sports have announced the arrival of a new CS:GO team, following the news of disbandment for their previous team due to poor performance earlier this month. The new roster will include two players from the old roster (ex-Berzerk/ALTERNATE), as well as three new players from various teams.
PENTA Sports decided to disband their former CS:GO team earlier this month after only three weeks of service due to poor performance at SLTV StarSeries and EPS Germany. However, it only took two weeks for the German organization to announce that they would give CS:GO another chance, revealing a newly formed CS:GO roster.
The new roster includes Felix "fel1x" Zech and Kevin "kRYSTAL" Amend from the previous team, but also introduces Robin "r0bs3n" Stephan and Denis "Denis" Howell into the roster. Former Mousesports player Timo "Spiidi" Richter will also be joining the roster, who has been inactive in the scene since his departure in June.
Zech, the team captain, had this to say about the formation of the team:
"After the seperation of Berzerk, we went our seperate ways. Kevin and I have come to the conclusion that we will continue to play together. I'm glad that we have found three players that have great potential in my eyes. With Spiidi, denis, and r0bs3n, we found the perfect trio from our point of view. I think we can take this lineup to the right direction; we have set ourselves very high standards and we are willing to achieve them. Hopefully we can visit as many international LANs so we can get as much experience as possible. We are happy to play under the banner of PENTA Sports."
PENTA Sports now have the following roster:
Felix "fel1x" Zech
Kevin "kRYSTAL" Amend
Robin "r0bs3n" Stephan
Denis "Denis" Howell
Timo "Spiidi" Richter
