With the first rounds event coming to a close tonight, we look towards the next round. The Semi-Finals where XiaoZi and sTrAtO already stand.
Not long ago the Mini-Comp series were announced over at GGL.com, to manys surprise with the list of Quake games Starcraft was part of it. This past weekend 2 of the 4 games took place. XiaoZi vs Darki and sTrAtO vs
Artosis.

Arcadia: As the game began, Darki was already saying he wasn't prepared. Xiaozi went for a zergling rush and kept the abuse on. Ending the game in just over 9 minutes.
Lost Temple: As game 2 began, Darki went for a quick reaver tech, with 2 reavers in a shuttle with an army of zealots near by he struck. Xiaozi with a sunken and a few hydras managed to fight it off causing Darki to GG.

Arcadia: Both players took their 2 expansions outside their main bases really fast and started a macro game. Artosis won almost every battle until 6 carriers from strato arrived. The battles raged on after that, artosis was making a last attack that was destroyed by some zealots and 14 carriers. Artosis typed out.
Lost Temple: Artosis went for a FE bo while sTrAtO went reaver drop. sTrAtO then took 2 expansions and started a zea/goon combo. Artosis went for a 5 factory, 1 machine shop. sTrAtO, having 160/200 caught Artosi' on a bad move and killed his 100/200 units. GG
GGL's Predictions + Mireille/Midian
I was able to get a few predictions from GGL on their thoughts of who would come out on top.
PuertoRican : if iNcontroL beats Fayth tonight, then i think it will be between iNcontroL and Xiaozi in the finals. Although I don't know how good Sadist's tvz is, so if he wins vs. Future, he could be trouble for iNcontroL.
DonKing : Inc will win.
Mireille : iNControl 1st place, XiaoZi 2nd.
Midian : XiaoZi will win
The Remaining Games
Tonight, we have the remaining two games under way. InControl Takes on
Fayth. As well as Sadist vs Future. As an added treat RadioiTG Will be shoutcasting the Game between InControl vs Fayth so Tune in, Listen and Play @ 02:00CET or 8pm EST to see who makes it on to the next round!
