Talon announces their roster for the upcoming PUBG Mobile Super League with established names and a rising star.
Talon Esports, who announced their participation in PUBG Mobile for 2024, announced their roster for the upcoming PUBG Mobile Super League (PMSL). The roster will include a rising star and some established names from the competitive scene. All of the talent will be from Indonesia, as expected.
The roster will consist of Nicholas “Axel” Teja, Marchellino “Linixx” Rivael Rarobong, Apta “Linxx” Arden Osca, Alvin “Misery” Sahri Ramadhan, and Eksa “Redface” Rachman Jayanto. Two coaches, Doni “La Flame” Saputra Ismaidi and Steven “S1nyo” Valerian Danilo, will accompany them.
Because of their status as one of twenty partnered teams for PUBG Mobile, Talon Esports will participate in the newly reformated, upcoming PUBG Mobile Super League. Talon will be accompanied by Bigetron Red Aliens, Alter Ego Esports, BOOM Esports, Moprh GPX, RRQ Ryu, Voin Esports, and Pigmy Team as representatives from Indonesia.
In addition to the competitive side of the roster, Talon Esports was also able to acquire the signature of former Bigetron and EVOS Reborn talent, Nizar Lugatio Pratama, better known as Microboy. He is a former professional player turned content creator, famously operating in Indonesia. He maintained his talent status in Talon Esports.
Six of the names mentioned above were former members of Persija EVOS. They are Linxx, Misery, Redface, La Flame, S1nyo, and Microboy. Talon was able to secure their signature because the partnership between Persija Esports and EVOS Reborn ended in December 2023, leaving five players, two coaches, and a talent without an official team.
Talon Esports lineup for PMSL 2024:
- Nicholas “Axel” Teja
- Marchellino “Linixx” Rivael Rarobong
- Apta “Linxx” Arden Osca
- Alvin “Misery” Sahri Ramadhan
- Eksa “Redface” Rachman Jayanto
The PMSL was announced as the main league for the newly reformed PUBG Mobile esports. Level Infinite dismissed the previously country-based PUBG Mobile Pro League for a more region-based league in PMSL. The league will be a pathway for teams to participate in the PUBG Mobile Global Open 2024, which will be held in Brazil.
Currently, twenty-four teams will be participating in the Southeast Asia region of PMSL, and sixteen are projected to join the Americas region. The champion of both regions will automatically qualify for the PMGO 2024 main stage. Talon Esports will participate in the SEA region.
