
Philippines and Malaysia's top teams Mineski Infinity and Orange e-Sports will together with 12 other teams premiere the Razer Dota 2 Tournament at the Singapore IT Show on March 8.
The prize pool sums up to $4,000 USD along with merchandise worth about $11,000 USD for the single elimination offline tournament. The tournament is open for registration over at esa.org.sg/razer and comes with the cost of $10 SGD.
Teams can also sign up for a public challenge at the IT show to battle Mineski to win prizes worth up to $1,000 USD. Teams interested in testing their prowess are encouraged to send a registration email to contact[@]raptureasia[.]com.
The press release entail how this tournament is a part of a greater effort by Razer to promote e-Sports in Southeast Asia.
Tournament sponsors include Nvidia, AVerMedia, Kingston Technology, Alienware and StarHub.
The tournament will be streamed on the Rapture Gaming Network on Twitch.tv.
Visitors of the Singapore IT show can witness the action at the Suntec Convention Hall 602 from March 8 to 11.

1st. $2,500 USD + merchandise worth $3,604 USD
2nd. $1,000 USD + merchandise worth $1,860 USD
3rd. $500 USD + merchandise worth $1,430 USD
4th-8th. Merchandise worth $800 USD
