After the completion of MPL Indonesia Season 15 Week 5, Natus Vincere still have not won a single series in the Regular Season.
Natus Vincere (NAVI) have yet to win a single series in the Regular Season of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) Professional League (MPL) Indonesia Season 15. The newly joined team lost two more series in the league's NBA X MPL Indonesia special week against
Geek Fam ID and
Alter Ego Esports.
While NAVI still haven't been mathematically eliminated from Playoff contention yet, their chances are getting slimmer by the week.
NAVI's first series of Week 5 was against Geek Fam, with Allen Jedric “Baloyskie” Baloy and his teammates completely outclassing
Karsten “Karss” William's squad in a 2-0 sweep that only needed a combined 25 minutes of game time to complete.
NAVI next met with Syahrul “Rinee” Ramadhan's Alter Ego. The bottom-dweller initially struck first blood when Karss' Kalea rampaged through the Alter Ego lineup and closed the first game with a win. However, the next two games were all Rinee's as Alter Ego secured the 2-1 reverse sweep to keep NAVI winless.
Here are the MPL Indonesia Season 15 Regular Season standings at the end of Week 5:
RRQ Hoshi (7-1) +9 Game difference (GD)
Bigetron Esports (6-3) +5 GD
EVOS (5-4) +3 GD
Team Liquid ID (5-4) +1 GD
Alter Ego Esports (5-4) +1 GD
Geek Fam ID (5-4) +0 GD
ONIC (4-5) -2 GD
Dewa United Esports (3-6) -4 GD
Natus Vincere (0-9) -13 GD
Bigetron Esports emerge as new dominant force in Season 15
While NAVI continues to languish in MPL Indonesia Season 15, another team was on the rise: Bigetron Esports extended their ongoing win streak to three straight matches after their win against
EVOS in Day 2 of Week 5. During that streak, Bigetron also beat
Team Liquid ID and
RRQ Hoshi, destroying all three current favourites to win the MPL Indonesia Season 15 title. Bigetron also broke RRQ Hoshi and EVOS' dominance over the league by taking over second place in the standings.
While they are currently on a rampage, Bigetron will face RRQ Hoshi again in Week 6. Fortunately, Bigetron will only play once in the coming week, so their attention will all be focused on the King of Kings. The same couldn't be said for Arthur “Sutsujin” Sunarkho and his team, as they will also face ONIC in Week 6.
MPL Indonesia Season 15 will continue with Week 6 on 2 May. NAVI will face Dewa United Esports in the week opener, while Bigetron Esports against RRQ Hoshi will be the main attraction for the week.
