Udil, former MSC and MPL Indonesia winner, officially joins Homebois for the upcoming season.
After weeks of teasing, the rumored transfer of Muhammad Julian Ardiansyah, famously known as Udil, to Homebois was finally official. The ONIC's Kage will join the MPL Malaysia champion for the upcoming season.
In the rare case of a transfer that everybody wants, the former Alter Ego player will fill the middle role left by the departure of Warlord. He will be playing alongside former ONIC Phillippines' player Kenneth "Nets" Barro to form the new lineup of Homebois.

Homebois will be defending their champion throne for the upcoming season, and with the arrival of former MPL ID and MSC champion, the job will hopefully be significantly easier.
The Indonesian recently became a father and left Alter Ego after an unsuccessful campaign in MPL Indonesia. They are placed 2nd last in the Season 12 group stage and can't advance to the playoff.
Udil's time with Alter Ego was filled with lots of highs and plenty of lows. This inconsistent form is the story of Alter Ego across all seasons of MPL Indonesia. When they are in form, almost nobody can stop them. But on the other hand, they are also one of the worst-performing teams in the league when they are in a slump.
Udil became the fourth player from Indonesia to join Homebois. Before the Kage himself, there are Warlord, Barbossa, and Raizel. Raizel has already returned to Alter Ego, departed from said team, and will be joining another roster. Barbossa will take a break for the upcoming season, as previously announced by HomeBois.
As for Warlord, he also left HomeBois per last transfer windows. However, it is currently unknown where the former RRQ Sena player will be in the upcoming MPL season.
Udil's addition to the team completed the Boys from Malaysia lineup, and they will be joining HomeBois for the upcoming tournament.
HomeBois current lineup:
- Muhammad “Sepat” Irfan bin Aujang
- Muhammad “Chibi” Nazhan Mohd Nor
- Muhammad “Udil” Julian Ardiansyah
- Kenneth "Nets" Sablande Barro
- Mohammad “Xorn” Zul Hisham Bin Mohd Noor
- Mohd “Soloz” Faris bin Zakaria
The transfer was a massive boost for the Malaysian team's campaign on paper. However, time will tell whether Udil will be a good fit for the team.
