It has only been two days since we learned of the Falcon Esports Mobile Legends: Bang Bang roster deciding to call it quits, as the amazing Myanmar roster parted ways. While no official reason has been given for their decision, we had already seen rumours flying around about where the players could end up as they progress their esports careers. With that in mind, we now have the first confirmation of a player from Falcon spreading their wings – as Rex Regum Qeon announced that they have a new roamer in the form of Min Ko “Naomi” Ko.

Regarded as the best tank player hailing from the Myanmar region, Naomi’s brilliance has been well documented during his time with Falcon. From magnificent Franco to breathtaking Khufra, Naomi has already made a name for himself in his home region. With a fourth-place finish at the Mobile Legends Southeast Asia Cup 2022 and a fifth/sixth place finish at the M4 World Championships – amongst other accolades in local events, the new RRQ roamer could be just what the Indonesian giants need to get back their spot atop the region.
With their previous roamer, VYN, departing from the RRQ roster a few weeks ago, the team were definitely in search of the perfect replacement – which they definitely seem to have found in Naomi. The team confirmed their new addition via a post on social media and the video, which can be seen above.
While we will not get to see Naomi playing with RRQ in the MPL for a while, he will be making his debut in the H3RO Tournament later today. It will be interesting to see just how Naomi fits into the RRQ lineup, considering they are some of the strongest and best players in MLBB. Another thing to look out for is where the remaining Falcon Esports players will find a new home.
