OMG's sub and participant for last year's World "Cool" will not be required to play alongside OMG for All-Stars
While Cool was the star responsible for successfully 1v1ing Faker and helping the team be the only one to go even in the group stages with the unstoppable SKT T1, he has not been participating with OMG due to injuries. In his place, Xiyang has filled in and has made quite the name for himself, having the most MVP points in China by far and being considered the best mid laner of LPL as well.
Cool made his return in the final set vs. Invictus Gaming when the positions of the group was locked, showcasing poor games due to not familiarizing himself with the team or competitive play yet. While visa issues were originally going to keep OMG from playing with their core line-up, they have been resolved and OMG will now be playing with the proper set of players.
