Esports Leaders will be an invite-only event for leaders and influential figures within the esports industry.

Esports Insider (ESI) is debuting its most prestigious event yet, Esports Leaders, at ESI Lisbon in the MEO Arena in Lisbon, Portugal from September 24 to 25.

ESI Lisbon will be ESI’s new flagship event for esports industry leaders to connect and discuss ideas. The event features ESI’s largest exhibition space yet, with two stages and five different districts allocated for exhibitors covering Tech, Esports, Creator Economy, Education and Publishers.

Also being hosted in ESI Lisbon is the all-new ‘Play by the Rules’ legal forum, which will cover legal questions and issues affecting the esports industry. The ‘Checkpoint’ content track will also give gaming and esports content creators opportunities to connect with various brands.

ESI Lisbon will also mark the launch of ESI’s most prestigious event yet in Esports Leaders. This new event will be by invite-only, and it features top-tier hospitality for C-suite executives, founders, directors, and other similar-level individuals from established teams, tournament organisers, game publishers, and other organisations within the esports industry.

Esports Leaders, organised in partnership with VisitRaleigh and GRID Esports, offers esports industry leaders an intimate environment at Montes Claros - Lisbon Secret Spot to establish connections as well as discuss and share ideas and insights for the future of the industry.

To welcome attendees to ESI Lisbon, ESI will also be hosting the second edition of the ESI Film Festival on September 24.

The ESI Film Festival will showcase the best professional and student-created films that shed a light on the positive impact that gaming and esports have had on the lives of people within the industry.

The event also features a €6,000 prize pool, courtesy of ESI’s not-for-profit partner ESG Gaming, split between its Film and Student Film categories. The winner of the Best Film award will receive €2500 while the winner of the Best Student Film award will take home €1500, with the runners-up for each category also earning €1500 and €500 respectively, for their efforts.
