Honor of Kings announced Dyadia will grace the Hero's Gorge on 25th September 2024. With her unique kit of stealing enemy gold, the fate binder will don the roamer and mage mantle on the field. Honor of Kings placed her specifically as a roamer and will be the thirteenth roamer in the game
Dyadia will follow Liu Bang as a new hero in the Honor of Kings lineup. With her inclusion, The global server now has 93 heroes in its lineup, still 29 less than the King's Glory server. Dyadia, or Shao Siyuan, was also a new hero on the King's Glory server, as she was released one month before she arrived on the global server.
The best friend of Yaria was a complete package of a roamer, as she could heal, deal damage, and provide a little crowd control to her foes. Dyadia also has an engage/escape mechanism from her passive, making her a versatile hero albeit a fragile one.
Here is a sneak peek of Dyadia's skill in Honor of Kings:
Passive
Dyadia will enhance her basic attack after a few seconds pass. While enhanced, her basic attack will tackle the enemy, knocking them back while returning her to the starting position before the tackle. She can also use this attack without any target to make her jump forward a little, skipping a short wall if there is one.
Dyadia will obtain gold when she heals her allies and steals when she damages her opponent using her skills. If the target successfully kills her, they will receive all of the stolen gold back. If the target only assists in killing her, they will only receive half of it.
First Skill
Dyadia heals the target of this skill and marks them with good fate. She can reactivate the skill again to another target to give the same heal and mark. If both targets are in close proximity, both will receive an enhanced heal and movement speed. Dyadia received 20 gold if her teammate activated the mark.
If she chooses to reactivate the skill on the same target, Dyadia will jump and spin around the target, periodically healing her and the target and giving the target movement speed. She also gained gold and cut her enhanced basic attack cooldown by 50%. If she doesn't recast the skill within five seconds, Dyadia will refresh the skill cooldown, and she can use the skill again.
Second Skill
Dyadia periodically damaged the enemy, marking them with bad fate and revealing them for five seconds. She also stole 2 gold every second from the target. She can reactivate the skill again to another target to give them the same debuff. If both targets are in close proximity, Dyadia instantly steals 10 gold from each target and slows them by 30%.
If she tries to reactivate the skill on the same target, Dyadia will jump to the enemy, deal all the damage stored, and immobilise her target for one second. She also stole 10 gold from the target when she reached her target and cut her enhanced basic attack cooldown by 50%. She also gains a 25% damage reduction when immobilising the target, while they take 50% more damage from Dyadia.
It is the same as her first skill; if she doesn't recast it within five seconds, Dyadia will refresh the skill cooldown, and she can use it again.
Ultimate
Dyadia launched a wave using her two fate cubs. Any hero, foes, or allies caught with the wave will receive a mark. Allies will receive a good fate mark, while foes receive a bad fate mark. If the target already has a mark, it will activate, enhancing the heal or damage they receive and refreshing the duration.
Every gold she stores will increase the damage or healing she deals by one.
Dyadia's versatility and all-around utility can be a double-edged sword. While the player can use her in many different situations, her jack-of-all-trades kit might not give her an edge over a specialist on the field.
