Deja Vu for Execration and TSM; Eliminated from Berlin Major

Two teams — Execration and TSM have already been dropped from title contention at Berlin Major.

The Berlin Major is in full swing with teams competing in the second DPC Major of the year. Although 18 teams began the journey only days ago, two teams have already been dropped from contention before the Groupstage has even been completed.

TSM and Execration in Group A have had disappointing runs with 2:12 and 3:9 series records respectively.

With teams having less than a week to prepare on the mega/game-changing 7.33 patch, it was unclear how and which teams would fair or fumble in the event.

But it is hard to give these two teams the patch excuse.

This is the second time that both teams have qualified for the DPC Major and both have been eliminated early on without securing any additional points or prize money for their efforts. In Lima, both teams were also in Group A and eliminated in the group stage.

There is still one more team that will be eliminated in Group A with only four more series left to be played tomorrow.

BetBoom's tournament life is on the line as they take on PSG.LGD first thing tomorrow.

But they aren't the only team with the potential to be eliminated.

The Group A action resumes tomorrow, Sunday, April 30th at 12:00 CEST for all four series taking place at the same time.
