Chaos Esports Club has rounded out their roster with a young player from Malaysia - Cheng "vtFaded" Jia Hao.
Only two days ago, Chaos E.C officially announced Lasse "MATUMBAMAN" Urpalainen had joined the ranks of the newly relocated European team.
While the news produced much excitement and hype to see the roster in action, many were still wondering, what did the rest of the squad look like.
Now, fans can settle down and be at ease. The full roster has been revealed.
Rounding out our roster for the International 2019 qualifiers is Cheng “vtFaded” Jia Hao, a young up and coming carry player from Malaysia. Cheng brings energy and raw talent to the team and is looking to make the most of his move from SEA to the EU region. The hunger and drive that vtFaded has to improve his own play adds another layer of motivation to Chaos.
vtFaded has played with teams such as Geek Fam and Clutch Gamers, most recently having competed with Power of MYSG+AU.
Two weeks ago quietly, William 'hFnk3' Medeiros had been removed from the roster according to the team registration page for the 2018-2019 DPC season. It wasn't long after that credible rumors started to circulate that Nico 'Gunnar' Lopez had left and joined a team in SEA.
As part of the changes to the roster, we've released both hFn and Gunnar. They are already practicing with new teams. We wish them the best of luck in their road to The International and hope to see them competing on Dota's largest stage.
The team will also be coached by Alexei "j4" Lipai of Belarus who last played for Vega Squadron and is longtime teammate of Milan 'MiLAN' Kozomara from past years.
The organization will be playing in the European region for the TI9 qualifiers expected to kick off on July 3rd with the open qualifiers, followed immediately after with the closed qualifiers starting on the 8th.
