Forward Gaming take Qi Invitational Americas title

Forward Gaming emerged the champions of Qi Invitational Americas after their big reshuffle.

In a battle of the Americas, Forward Gaming proved they were the kings. After sweeping through J.Storm 2:0 in the playoff brackets, they then overpowered Team Team 2:1 in the Grand Finals.

Forward Gaming had just revamped their roster just over two weeks ago. Saahil ‘UNiVeRse’ Arora and Avery 'SVG' Silverman were released from the organization and Roman ‘Resolut1on’ Fominok moved to inactive status.  The three were then replaced by Kartik 'Kitrak' Rathi,  Quinn 'CC&C' Callahan and Jingjun 'Sneyking' Wu.

This all happened just days before the MDL Disneyland Major qualifiers and the team struggled to find their synergy and results.

Since then, however, Forward Gaming came back with a vengeance and took the NA slot for OGA Dota PIT Minor and now clinched a new championship title.

The team will be back in action tonight for the ESL One Birmingham 2019 qualifiers as they take on Team Team once again at 23:00 CEST.

Forward Gaming Roster:

Pakistan Yawar 'YawaR' Hassan
United States Quinn 'CC&C' Callahan
United States Jingjun 'Sneyking' Wu
United States Arif 'MSS' Anwar
United States Kartik 'Kitrak' Rathi
