Steam’s annual Winter Sale has returned, featuring tons of discounts.

Valve has brought back its annual Steam Winter Sale this month, featuring discounts on “thousands on titles.” The 2024 Steam Winter Sale will also feature free stickers for browsing the Discovery Queue, along with avatars, frames and profile backgrounds in the Points Shop. On top of all these discounts and freebies, voting has also opened for the Steam Awards 2024.

The 2024 Steam Winter Sale has officially kicked off

Valve’s 2024 Steam Winter Sale has returned, bringing discounts to thousands of titles - just in time for anyone who needs to bulk up their game library before the holiday season. The sale also heralds the arrival of the Steam Points Shop, where users can claim free winter-themed gifts like stickers. They can also spend points to grab what Valve calls “Winter Goodies.”

A ton of games are currently on sale for the Winter Sale, including the likes of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 (25% off), Helldivers 2 (38% off), and Balatro (13% off). Plenty of recent indie gems like Fields of Mistria (20% off), Sun Haven (55% off), and Mouthwashing (10% off) are also on sale, so be sure to dig into the thousands of titles being discounted for the duration of this sale. The sale runs until January 2, 2025 (10am PST).

The top nominees of each of the 11 Steam Awards 2024 categories are also now available for Steam users to vote on, and they can earn a sticker for each category they cast a vote for. Voting will continue up until December 31 at 10am PST, and winners will be announced shortly after. You can cast your votes here.

If you’re a big fan of year-end statistics like Spotify Wrapped, Steam is doing something similar this year. Steam Replay is now live, showing viewers how much time they spent gaming this year.
