Qi League announced their upcoming region Dota2 tournament, Qi Invitational Americas featuring a $10,000 USD prize pool.
After the success of the China Dota2 Winter Cup held in December 2018, Qi League announced their next event —Qi Invitational Americas. The online tournament will take place over the weekend, between April 6th to 8th, featuring six of the top teams from both North and South America competing for the lion's share of the $10,000 USD prize pool.
Two teams, the honored guests, J.Storm and CompLexity will be skipping the Group Stage and have been seeded directly into the playoff bracket. Forward Gaming, Team Team, Thunder Predator and Infamous will go head to head in a best-of-one round robin in Group Stage. The top two teams will advance to playoffs while the third and fourth place teams will be eliminated.
